by placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these terms.

elpee products are ‘one-of-a-kind’ so once the listing is sold, they are no longer available to purchase. items are not considered sold until payment has been completed and confirmed at checkout. this means a single item can be placed in two or more customer shopping carts, but can only be purchased by the first customer who successfully completes their payment at checkout.

when you place an order, you are required to provide your full name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and payment details.

we undertake to accept or reject your order immediately after you place your order, however in some circumstances this may take up to three (3) business days to process. we may accept or reject your offer to purchase at our discretion. if we have not responded to you within 3 business days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase, however the most likely reasons for rejecting your offer will be that the information you have provided us appears to be incorrect or your payment has not been approved.

please ensure that all details provided are complete and correct at the time of order placement. a contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been received by us. title in the goods passes to you once we have received payment.

once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.

postage is an additional charge. full payment, including postage (if applicable) is required to be made and cleared before your item is posted.

prices are subject to change without notice. all orders placed must be purchased within 24 hours at the price quoted on the invoice. an invoice is valid for up to 24 hours from the date of issue stated on the invoice, unless otherwise stated/discussed. we shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product or service offered on our website.

whilst we endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with an incorrect description or image due to a typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. if an order is cancelled and you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the amount paid via the payment method you have used for the transaction.

once payment has been received and your order is confirmed and processed, elpee does not allow cancellation of orders. please choose your items carefully as we do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. elpee carefully and thoroughly checks, and re-checks every product before it is posted out.

in accordance with the australian consumer law, we will refund or exchange a product that you have purchased if:

  • the product is found to have a genuine manufacturers fault*;
  • the product is significantly different from the sample or description provided; or
  • the product is not able to do what it is supposed to do, and cannot be easily fixed.

* this does not include the naturally occurring imperfections due to the nature of elpee earrings being handcrafted with polymer clay

any errors made by elpee will be rectified at elpee’s expense.

any problems with your order must be reported via email linda@elpee.com.au within 3 days of receipt of your goods.
please do not return a product if you have not been asked to return it.
if you have been asked to return or exchange a faulty product, or the product delivered does not match your order, elpee will cover the return postage costs, subject to these terms.
please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both your address and the elpee return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel.
any returns should be sent by registered post, as elpee will not be responsible or liable for any loss of an item being returned.
customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for returning the faulty or incorrect product, however we will refund the postage amount to your account once the product has been received and assessed for any fault. you must ensure you provide your delivery receipt with any postage charge.
if a claim is made that a product is faulty, elpee will first need to undertake an assessment of the product to determine whether the product is faulty before any refund or exchange can be provided.
